Brum-library-loving crafters, you are mighty!

With the cabinet vote on the future of our libraries due imminently, we’re sending a handcrafted library-themed ‘token of love’ to each cabinet member to remind them of the precious responsibility they have to protect and safeguard our library service.

This craftivist campaign marks a year of action for Birmingham Loves Libraries. Every step of the way, we’ve been inspired by your energy and spirit. We know it’s hard to stay positive and creative in the face of drastic cuts, but this is what our city and our campaign has always been about: a joyful, fierce, inventive, relentless, grassroots, communal fight for what we love.
